Rack and Pinion Built to Last
Your Polaris RZR was designed for off-road adventures, but what about your rack and pinion system? Many rack and pinions wear out over time, but not SuperATV's. The SuperATV Polaris RZR S 1000 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion features innovative X24 technology, ensuring durability and longevity. With a unique dual-bushing design that reduces wear and tear by over 50%, this rack and pinion is built to withstand the most challenging terrains and heavy-duty upgrades without compromising steering performance.

Enhanced Durability with Dual-Bushings
SuperATV's X24 technology incorporates durable PTFE bushings on both ends to minimize unnecessary movement from internal gears and springs. With a built-in grease fitting, maintenance is made easy, allowing you to flush out debris after intense rides. By reducing wear and tear by over 50%, this rack and pinion system guarantees long-lasting performance under any conditions.

Heavy-Duty Tie Rods for Ultimate Strength
SuperATV doesn't cut corners when it comes to the RackBoss 2.0. The included Z-bend tie rods are constructed from solid steel and measure a full 1" in diameter. Featuring durable heim joints with 16 mm rack threads on one end and 3/4" rod threads on the other, these tie rods are reinforced with custom gussets for superior strength and performance. With all these features combined, you'll have a tie rod that's virtually indestructible.
