Return & Refund Policy

Vortex UTV (“Vortex UTV,” “we,” “us”) offers a 90-day return policy on products purchased from www.vortexutv.com. Products returned in accordance with this policy are eligible for a refund as described below. If something is wrong with your order, contact us first at [email protected] or (901) 412-9182 and we will make it right.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Vortex UTV (see “How to start a return” below). An RMA does not by itself guarantee a refund or replacement;
- received by our returns facility within 90 days of your purchase date; and
- in new, unused, uninstalled condition, in the original packaging with all hardware, instructions and components.
Items that cannot be returned or carry special conditions
- Made-to-order products (for example, A-arms with pressed-in ball joints, or mounted wheel and tire packages) may be returned only in new, restockable condition and are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
- Special-order products (for example, hand-held ECU tuners and programmers) cannot be returned once shipped.
- Polycarbonate roofs and windshields ship with protective film on both sides. If the film has been removed from either side, the item is not eligible for return.
- Items returned without original packaging, with modifications, with missing components, or showing signs of installation are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee if accepted, and may be refused.
- Gift cards and clearance items marked “final sale” are not returnable.
Restocking fees
Restocking fees are based on when we receive the return and the condition of the item:

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method for the product price, less any applicable restocking fee. Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days after the returned item arrives at our returns facility and passes inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, except when the return is the result of our error (see “Our mistake” below).
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of shipping a return to us unless Vortex UTV Customer Service approves an exception before the item ships back. We recommend a trackable, insured service; we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. The return shipping address is provided with your RMA — please do not ship items to our business address in Southaven, MS, as returns sent there cannot be processed.
Our mistake, or a damaged/defective item
If we shipped the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping, at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved; carriers may need to inspect it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or fitment is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original under this policy. If you prefer, contact us and we can coordinate an exchange with your RMA.
Cancellations
Most orders begin processing immediately. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return under this policy. Refusing delivery is treated as a return with the fees described above.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] or call (901) 412-9182 with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
- We will reply with your RMA number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number clearly on the shipping label area of the box.
- Ship the item with tracking and keep your tracking number until your refund is issued.
Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
Warranty claims
If you believe a product is defective after installation or use, that is handled under our Warranty Policy rather than this return policy. Contact us and we will guide you through the claim.
