Shipping Policy

Vortex UTV ships from warehouses in the central United States so most orders reach you in a few business days. This page explains our shipping rates, delivery times, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Where we ship
We ship to physical street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarders. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or Canada, contact us at [email protected] before ordering and we will quote availability and rates.

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay and are calculated on the merchandise subtotal for delivery within the contiguous United States. There are no handling fees, surcharges, or fees added after checkout. A small number of oversized or heavy items (for example, full roofs, bumpers, cargo boxes, and lift kits) may ship by freight carrier; if an item requires a different rate, it is displayed at checkout before you place the order.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship within 1 business day; the majority ship the same day when placed before mid-afternoon Eastern time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Made-to-order items (such as A-arms with pressed-in ball joints or mounted wheel and tire packages) may require additional build time, which is noted on the product page.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders arrive in approximately:
- 1–2 business days: TX, FL, OH, IL, IN, TN, KY, NC, AL, MS, LA, AR, OK, NJ
- 2–3 business days: most other Central, Eastern, and West Coast addresses
- 3–4 business days: rural addresses
Delivery estimates are based on typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, and holidays can add time. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one package and may arrive on different days; you will receive tracking for each package.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us immediately. Once a package has shipped we cannot redirect it, and packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused are treated as returns under our Return & Refund Policy, with the associated fees.
Damaged or missing items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If a package or item is damaged, or something is missing, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Backorders
If an item you ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we will email you with the expected ship date and the option to wait, substitute, or cancel for a full refund. You are never charged extra for a backordered item.
