Shipping Policy

Vortex UTV is an authorized SuperATV dealer. Orders ship directly from SuperATV's U.S. warehouse in Madison, Indiana. This page explains our shipping, delivery times, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Where we ship
We ship to physical street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarders. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or Canada, contact us at [email protected] before ordering and we will quote availability and rates.
Shipping rates
Free shipping on every order to the 48 contiguous United States. No minimums and no exclusions, including oversized items like roofs, bumpers and lift kits. Some oversized items ship by freight on a separate timeline. No handling fees or surcharges.
Processing time
Orders placed by 1:00 PM Central, Monday–Friday, typically ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Made-to-order items (such as A-arms with pressed-in ball joints or mounted wheel and tire packages) may require additional build time, which is noted on the product page.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders arrive in approximately:
- 1–2 business days: TX, FL, OH, IL, IN, TN, KY, NC, AL, MS, LA, AR, OK, NJ
- 2–3 business days: most other Central, Eastern, and West Coast addresses
- 3–4 business days: rural addresses
Delivery estimates are based on typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, and holidays can add time. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one package and may arrive on different days; you will receive tracking for each package.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us immediately. Once a package has shipped we cannot redirect it, and packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused are treated as returns under our Return & Refund Policy, with the associated fees.
Damaged or missing items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If a package or item is damaged, or something is missing, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. We'll file the claim with SuperATV and the carrier and arrange a replacement.
Backorders
If an item you ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we will email you with the expected ship date and the option to wait, substitute, or cancel for a full refund. You are never charged extra for a backordered item.
