Upgrade your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 with Super ATV's RackBoss 2.0, a rack and pinion system that is truly in a league of its own. Say goodbye to sloppy steering and unresponsive handling, as RackBoss 2.0 features a unique dual-bushing design called X24 Tech that reduces wear by over 50% compared to stock options. With this upgrade, you can confidently tackle any terrain and run massive tires without worrying about your rack failing you. The key to RackBoss 2.0's success lies in its innovative engineering. The heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack eliminate play from the internals, keeping the tension spring motionless. This ensures that your rack stays in optimal condition, even after enduring heavy rides and hard hits. With the addition of a built-in grease fitting, maintenance is a breeze - just apply fresh grease after intense rides through mud or water. Strong steel bar tie rods provide the durability needed to navigate rough terrain and turn big tires with ease. Paired with robust tie rod ends, these 1" diameter steel rods are built to withstand the toughest conditions. For a lighter yet equally sturdy option, consider the swaged tube tie rods. Their 7/8" diameter tubing with a flared-out design is reinforced with 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads, making them the toughest in the industry. If you prefer a more traditional rack setup, Super ATV also offers the RackBoss 1.0. This option features the same sturdy housing as the 2.0 version but without the extra PTFE bushings. It is equipped with steel swaged tubes and tough 14 mm inner and outer tie rod ends, perfect for casual riders seeking an upgrade.
