A Durable Rack and Pinion System
Whether you're out working or enjoying some off-road fun, having precise steering is essential for a great ride. Over time, most rack and pinion systems wear out, leading to decreased performance - but not the RackBoss 2.0 from SuperATV. Designed with X24 technology, this Polaris General RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion is built to last without wearing out, reducing wear by over 50%. This means you can customize your General with big lifts, large tires, and heavy-duty upgrades without worrying about your steering system failing.

Enhanced Dual-Bushing Design
The RackBoss 2.0 features X24 technology, making it the most durable rack and pinion system on the market. Heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends eliminate play in the internal gears and tension spring, minimizing unnecessary movement and reducing wear and tear. Additionally, a built-in grease fitting allows you to easily lubricate the internal components and clear out any debris after off-road adventures. Overall, the X24 technology significantly decreases wear and tear by more than 50%.

Heavy-Duty Steel Z-Bend Tie Rods
SuperATV has equipped the RackBoss 2.0 with robust tie rods made from heavy-duty 1-inch solid steel bars. Featuring gusseted Z-bend designs for enhanced strength and reliability, these tie rods come with heim joints on both ends - one with 16 mm rack threads and the other with 3/4" rod threads. These steel tie rods are among the toughest options available for your Polaris General.
