Improved Pinion and Snorkel Gear
Constructed from 9310 alloy steel, our pinion and snorkel gears boast exceptional strength and durability, comparable to the materials used in airplanes. Additionally, the front output shaft comprises 300M, offering superior toughness among steel alloys. To ensure optimal performance, our gears are meticulously lapped during production for consistent operation with minimal friction and heat.

Durable Pinion Bearing Retainer
Included in your SuperATV transmission is a heavy-duty pinion bearing retainer designed to fortify the assembly against premature wear and failure. By preventing potential gear separation, overheating, and breakage, this robust retainer enhances the overall reliability of your vehicle's transmission.

Reinforced Transmission Case
Complementing the high-quality gears, our Polaris transmission case features enhanced strength and durability in key areas. With increased metal thickness on the snorkel tube and axle output, along with added support ribs and gussets, the case provides superior protection and improved cooling efficiency for your transmission.

Customizable Gear Reduction
Want to add some extra torque to your ride? With a SuperATV complete transmission, you have the flexibility to choose between stock, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5% gear reduction options. Opting for a higher gear reduction increases torque output, ideal for heavy loads or oversized tires.
