Why Super ATV Makes It
Dealing with a broken blow off valve can be a major issue, especially when the OEM plastic piece proves to be inadequate for handling the power and vibration of the RZR Turbo. That's why Super ATV has developed their aluminum blow off valve solution, the REV1. This high-quality replacement part is designed to withstand the demands of your vehicle and provide long-lasting performance. If you've been experiencing a drop in power, your OEM blow off valve could be the culprit.

The Super ATV REV1 Blow Off Valve
Crafted from durable 6061 aluminum, the REV1 blow off valve delivers reliability mile after mile. With a sleek black anodized finish, this valve features a fully recirculating design that efficiently redirects turbo pressure back into your intake system, optimizing the performance of your turbo system. Its fully sealed construction effectively protects against dust and debris, ensuring reliable operation regardless of your off-road adventures. Whether you're tearing through the desert or tackling muddy terrains, Super ATV's REV1 blow off valve is there to keep you running smooth.

Signs of a Faulty Blow Off Valve
The factory Polaris blow off valve's plastic construction can lead to issues such as sticking or cracking, causing it to fail in opening properly. When this occurs, your RZR may experience limp mode, loss of power, or trigger a check engine light. While various factors could contribute to these symptoms, a malfunctioning blow off valve is a common culprit to consider.
