Replace the housing, retain your differential internals

This SuperATV front differential gear case replaces a damaged housing. Transfer your compatible stock gears and internal components into the replacement case; this is not a complete differential assembly.

Match the original part number

Choose the OEM differential number from your existing assembly, then select the housing material. Model and year alone do not identify the correct housing. Do not substitute a similar-looking number or assume that every number offered on this page fits every RZR.

Housing package contents

The housing kit includes the magnet and wiring, DU bushing, seals, oil fitting and drain plugs, steel helical inserts, mounting hardware and blue threadlocker. A bolt-on cap retains the pinion bearing for service access.

Cast and billet selections

Cast aluminum and 6061 billet aluminum choices are offered for the applicable OEM numbers. Match both selections to the required replacement; availability of one material does not establish compatibility of the other. Confirm your original differential number before ordering.
