Build the complete Ranger XP 1000 portal setup
Eight-inch GDP portals combine lift at the hubs with a choice of gear reductions for a compatible Ranger XP 1000 build. Start with the exact cab, edition and year configuration, then choose an offered idler, housing and reduction combination. Available combinations vary; the product-family application list does not certify every variant for every vehicle.
Choose the required components
- A compatible frame stiffener is required. Choose the mounting package that includes it unless the correct stiffener is already installed. The already-owned option does not remove this requirement.
- The available portal combinations include cast or billet housings and 45%, 60% or 70% gear reduction. Single- and dual-idler choices have different available combinations; select the complete setup shown in the options.
- The kit includes four assembled portal boxes, four hubs and rotors, four backing plates, four caliper mounting plates, extended brake lines and the required hardware, including the recessed castle nut socket. Two caliper adapter plates are listed for dual-idler configurations only.
