A wider stance for a compatible 64-inch Maverick X3

Build a 72-inch suspension stance with the SuperATV Maverick X3 Long Travel Kit. The conversion adds four inches per side to a compatible 64-inch machine, pairing wider suspension components with Rhino 2.0 axles. Choose the A-arm style, differential configuration, color and ball-joint option for your build.

Check your machine before ordering

This is a 64-to-72-inch conversion, not a kit for an already 72-inch-wide machine. Confirm your exact year, submodel, original width and whether the front differential is Smart-Lok or non-Smart-Lok. The application list below covers the product family; it does not mean every configuration fits every listed vehicle. If you cannot confirm the differential or application, contact SuperATV before ordering.

Choose the suspension configuration

Standard: 1.25-inch-diameter tubed A-arms, solid steel tie rods and billet aluminum hex radius arms. SuperATV lists clearance for tires up to 32 inches.
Atlas Pro: larger 1.5-inch-diameter tubed A-arms with solid steel tie rods and billet aluminum hex radius arms. SuperATV lists clearance for tires up to 32 inches.
Sidewinder: boxed A-arms with a 1.5-inch forward offset, hex aluminum tie rods and boxed steel-alloy radius arms. SuperATV lists clearance for tires up to 36 inches.
Heavy-duty steel trailing arms and Rhino 2.0 axles are included. Tire clearance depends on the selected kit and vehicle setup; the 36-inch claim applies to the Sidewinder configuration.

Ball joints and installation

Select reuse of your existing ball joints or the listed preinstalled Heavy-Duty 4340, Super Duty 300M or Keller option. Ball-joint upgrades are configuration choices, not included with every kit. This conversion replaces multiple suspension and driveline components; review the instructions for the exact kit and confirm the complete installation requirements before starting.

Manufacturer coverage

SuperATV lists a lifetime warranty for the A-arms and an 18-month warranty for the included Rhino 2.0 axles. Manufacturer terms and exclusions apply; this is not a blanket lifetime warranty for every part of the kit.
