Heater and grille-cover packages without flow accessories
Choose Front or Front and Rear (2nd Row), Included grille cover, and No flow accessories for these packages. They include the selected heater configuration and grille cover, without the optional Quick-Start Flow Valve or Idle Flow Pump. Combined front-and-rear packages are limited to the listed Defender MAX HD10 applications below.
Photos may show one heater component rather than all parts supplied. Use the three selections to identify your package. A grille cover must be removed before operating above freezing.
Build a heater package for your Defender HD10
Choose heat for the front of your cab, the second row, or both. This SuperATV heater uses warmth from engine coolant, with adjustable temperature and fan speed. Front heater installations include windshield defrost ducting. Rear and combined packages are for the listed Defender MAX models with a second row.
Select a grille cover and flow accessories to match the package you want. A Quick-Start Flow Valve directs coolant toward the heater while the engine warms; an Idle Flow Pump circulates coolant at low speed or idle. Accessories are included only when shown in your selection. One valve and one pump serve a front-and-rear package; selecting both accessories does not mean two of each.
Installation and cold-weather use
Installation requires drilling through plastic; the necessary drill bits are included. The second-row heater mounts in front of the middle rear seat and may reduce space for that passenger. Check your cab layout and the selected kit instructions before installation.
If your package includes a grille cover, remove it before operating above freezing. Blocking airflow in warmer conditions can overheat the machine. Warm-up performance depends on operating conditions; this is a coolant-based heater, not an electric resistance heater.
