How did SuperATV make the toughest flip down glass windshield? With a steel frame! Steel is more rigid than aluminum, meaning it vibrates less. The glass is held in place with SuperATV's Secure Seal Technology, a combination of gaskets and seals that absorb even more vibrations. Fewer vibrations = fewer chances for breakage. And the Secure Seal Technology prevents leaks and guarantees a rattle-free ride.
Rubber Controls Vibrations
Flip down glass windshields are the most vulnerable to damage when they’re flat across the hood. The engineers designed a way to prevent this damage. First, SuperATV replaced the industry-standard aluminum clamps with rubber straps to neutralize vibrations and the force of impact.
