Assault Industries Radius Rod Double Shear Bracket Kit (Fits: Can Am Maverick X3)

Important Note: These double shear mounts are specifically designed to be compatible with OEM and Assault Industries radius rods. While some other brands may fit, certain aftermarket options may necessitate the use of thinner heim spacers in order to properly fit within the double shear configuration.

The Assault Industries radius rod double shear bracket kit addresses a common issue found in Can-Am Maverick X3 XRS models. Over time, premature wear of the center radius rod hole in the knuckle can result in erratic driving behavior.

This wear may cause the hole to warp into an oblong shape, impacting the toe angle of the vehicle and potentially causing the rear wheels to drag, increased tire wear, damage to other components, or even the complete shearing off of the bolt. A sheared bolt can lead to uncontrolled toe angle articulation in the affected wheel(s), making the vehicle difficult to manage and hazardous to drive.

**If the knuckle is already damaged, it is highly recommended to replace it with a new OEM unit before installing this product.**
