Innovative High-Temp Grease Changes the Game
You’ve been planning this trip to the dunes for months and you’re going to make the most of it, come hell or high water! You’re way more likely to face a broken axle due to overheating than high water out in the sand—but not with Assault Industries' MAS-223 Phoenix Axles on your Polaris RZR XP 1000. Thanks to Assault’s industry-leading high-temp grease blend, these UTV axles are ready to dominate the desert. Standard axle grease breaks down under heat and pressure, leading to failure (and ruining your ride). But Phoenix Axles won’t. They’re designed to support the kind of extreme riding that turns OEM axles into scrap metal.
Proprietary high-temp grease blend for unmatched performance
Incredibly high CV angles
4340 chromoly steel construction
Increased shaft size
Heat Won’t Destroy These Axles
Heat will destroy standard axles—that’s a fact. The extreme conditions in the desert or pushing them to their limits racing, trail riding, or rock crawling will break down the grease inside. Without grease, friction builds up and ruins your boots and CV joints, or causes catastrophic axle failure. Whether you’re an experienced professional or new to power sports, anyone can fall victim to bad grease. You’ll never have to worry about overheating axles again with Assault’s innovative high-temp grease blend. It’s designed specifically for the pressures of extreme rides. Whether it’s you or the environment that’s pushing them to the limits, these RZR axles can keep up.
Tested up to 586.4°F
We’re confident in these axles because Assault Industries has proven what they’re capable of. They’ve been tested up to 586.4°F—as hot as the testing can get—and didn’t quit. That’s 61% hotter than OEM, which gave up at 365°F. With grease like that, there’s nothing to hold you back! You can unleash your XP 1000’s full power thanks to Phoenix Axles. If you want to get the most out of your RZR, look no further.
Beefed-up CV Joints for Impressive Performance
These axles are more than just innovative, high-temp grease. Assault designed Phoenix Axles with durable CV joints too. They deliver 100% power even at high articulation for impressive performance on the trickiest rides. If you’re looking for strength and control on rough terrain, these CV joints are ready for the challenge.
Chromoly Axle Shafts Resist Damage
Assault didn’t stop with the CV joints. Phoenix Axles are equipped with muscular axle shafts too. They’re bigger than OEM and built with heat-treated chromoly steel for unbeatable strength. These premium axles can handle boulders and logs that would have crumpled your OEM axles. With the impressive grease, beefed-up CV joints, and burly axle shafts, Phoenix Axles simply can’t be beat. There’s no better choice than Assault Industries when you need performance and reliability.
