Convert an RZR 800 to the wider RZR S suspension layout
This SuperATV conversion increases suspension width by 10 inches overall to a stated 60-inch width, using high-clearance front and rear A-arms. It includes four axles and retains stock RZR 800-length shocks.
Plan the complete conversion
The supplier lists 12 inches of ground clearance and 12 inches of wheel travel. A-arms, tie rods, axles, sway-bar components and a steering stop kit are included. Ball joints and A-arm bushings are not included; reuse suitable existing components or source replacements for the installation.
Rhino axles use 4340 chromoly construction and carry a one-year manufacturer warranty. The Rhino 2.0 option uses larger components and 4340 chromoly construction, with an 18-month manufacturer warranty. The supplier lists articulation angles above 40 degrees for Rhino 2.0. Warranty coverage follows the selected axle and the manufacturer terms.
